Home Remedies For Zits

Home Remedies For Zits

There are a few things that you can be sure of happening in your life at some point or the other. You’ll hurt your knee, you will fall in love and get your heart broken and you will get giant zits on your face at inconvenient times such as one day before your prom, one day prior to your wedding day, on the day of an important job interview or just any other day when people will be seeing you. Zits, commonly known as acne or pimples are basically skin inflammations that usually occur on the face but may sometimes appear on the neck, chest, shoulders, scalp and upper back as well.

The condition is mostly seen in teenagers when they are going through various hormonal changes. Zits are caused mainly due to the presence of over-active oil glands on the surface of the skin. This excess oil production gets combined with dead skin cells and blocks the pores of the skin, thus giving rise of bacterial infections resulting in pimples. The good news is that zits can be effectively treated with the help of home remedies using simple ingredients available in most homes.
